Order Cancellation Request

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time frame, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Orders That Have Already Been Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

However, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy after delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address:

  • If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address without canceling the order
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation or changes may not be possible
